Vietnam Custom Garment Manufacturing
What do we mean by "custom?"
Custom means that you are the designer and you design from scratch. You have two options:
1. Sketch out your design ideas on paper or create a proper tech pack.
2. Bring a physical sample for the factory to copy. Either write down or explain to them what changes you want.
With either option 1 or 2 you can start the garment manufacturing process.
Check out my video that introduces a sample room that you can employ to make your first custom garment sample.

FAQ's about Fashion Start Up Seminar
Q: Is this seminar only for complete beginners?
A: Yes! It’s designed for people who want to start a fashion brand with limited money in Vietnam. No prior experience or big factory connections needed.
Q: Who is teaching the seminar and do you actually have real experience?
A: I’m a fashion startup consultant who has helped dozens of new Vietnamese brands launch successfully on small budgets. Every supplier I recommend is one I’ve personally worked with or vetted for my clients.
Q: Will I really get specific supplier names and contacts, or is it just general advice?
A: You get the real list — exact fabric markets, pattern makers, sample rooms, and shipping companies (both inside Vietnam and for export). I name names, share price ranges, and tell you what to ask them.
Q: My English is not perfect. Will I still understand and benefit?
A: Many participants have intermediate English and still get huge value. The seminar is very practical and visual. Plus, you’re practicing real business English in a useful context — a lot of people say this is an extra bonus.
Q: Is it worth the money?
A: Most people tell me the supplier contacts alone save them far more time and money than the seminar fee. You’ll leave with a ready-to-use action plan instead of spending weeks searching on your own.
Q: What exactly will I walk away with?
A: A detailed summary document with supplier contacts, price guides, what to ask, and a step-by-step checklist so you can start taking action immediately after the seminar.
Q: Has this actually worked for other Vietnamese people?
A: Yes. Past participants have used these exact contacts to get their first samples made and even ship their first small export orders. I’ll share real examples (with permission) during the seminar.
Q: How long is the seminar and does the timing work for working people?
A: Just 2 hours total (1.5 hours content + 30 minutes live Q&A). I schedule it at convenient evening/weekend slots so you can attend after work.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied? Is there a guarantee?
A: Yes — full refund if you don’t feel you received practical, actionable value. Just message me within 48 hours after the seminar.
Q: Why should I choose this seminar instead of free YouTube videos or other cheap courses?
A: Free content is general. Other courses rarely give you real Vietnamese supplier contacts that work on small budgets.
